1. Agreement to Terms
Welcome to aidoing.fun. By accessing or using our website, services, applications, and tools (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, please do not use our Platform.
2. Description of Platform
aidoing.fun provides interactive artificial intelligence applications, fun generator tools, open-source project showcases, and experimental AI services designed for creativity, entertainment, and learning.
3. User Account & Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use our Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Intellectual Property & AI Content
- Platform Ownership: All custom code, design elements, logos, trademarks, and original content on aidoing.fun are owned by aidoing.fun and protected by intellectual property laws.
- User-Generated Output: Subject to your compliance with these terms, you retain ownership rights to the prompts you submit and the outputs generated through your paid or permitted free account usage, subject to underlying open AI model licenses.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the Platform to:
- Generate harmful, abusive, illegal, pornographic, or defamatory content.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, bypass rate limits, or exploit platform infrastructure.
- Violate any third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Automate queries in a manner that degrades service performance for other users without an API license.
6. Paid Subscriptions & Billing
Paid services on aidoing.fun are billed on a recurring subscription or pay-as-you-go basis. All fees are clearly stated prior to purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date through your account settings.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. In no event shall aidoing.fun be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Platform.
8. Changes and Contact
