We offer a 14-day full refund guarantee for first-time purchases of Creator Pro or Fun Team subscriptions. If you are unsatisfied with our platform for any reason within 14 days of your initial billing date, you are eligible for a 100% refund.
3. Refund Eligibility Criteria
- The refund request is submitted within 14 calendar days of the initial subscription charge.
- Your account has not engaged in fraudulent activity or severe violations of our Terms of Service (e.g., API scraping abuse).
- Renewal charges: Subsequent monthly or annual renewal payments are eligible for refund if requested within 48 hours of billing provided minimal platform usage has occurred.
4. Non-Refundable Items
